Hailing from Whangarei New Zealand, Sophie Sparrow is an international soprano and performer currently based in the UK as a freelance singer and performer. She performs regularly throughout the UK and New Zealand. Recently Sophie toured the south of England as Mabel and in the ensemble of The Pirates of Penzance and toured New Zealand with her concert tour Eternal Romance: An Operatic Affair.

Sophie is currently performing at Glyndebourne for there 2025 summer festival as First Bridesmaid (Le Nozze di Figaro), covering Barbarina and a Blumenmädchen (Parsifal) and in the festival chorus. She jumped in for Barbarina on Tuesday 22nd July at Glyndebourne.
